The following guide will walk you through the process of attaching images/photos to a job, and an email, on both the website and the app. There is no limit on the number of photos that can be uploaded to the software, 'nor is there a limit per-job, so you will be able to upload as many photos as you like.
Adding an attachment through the website will typically need to be done from the job that you're creating your certificates under and can't currently be done directly while sending an email from the software; photos will need to be uploaded before-hand.
The first step here would be to create the job itself if it doesn't exist already. Once this is done, you'll need to open up the job itself on the website to bring up its details.
From here, just along the top, there will be a button available labelled 'add photos'. Clicking this will take you to a new page allowing you to upload the photos you need while also showing any existing photos uploaded for that job.
Clicking in the blank space just above each photo's title will open up the file selection dialogue allowing you to select the image you want to upload. Typically we recommend uploading photos in commonly used formats such as JPEG and PNG. Most modern cameras will output images to the JPEG format.
Once done, you will be able to change the uploaded photo's title to your own preference though keep in mind that this will also be the name of the attachment on the email.
If you don't want a particular photo to go out to a customer, you can check the 'do not send to customer' check box which will ensure that the photo remains private under that job and doesn't get sent out to the customer as an attachment when producing an email for them.
On the app this process is slightly different in that you can attach photos just before sending an email from the app and there's no requirement to attach photos beforehand.
Once you've completed your certificate and you're on the last page of the form, just tap 'issue' to proceed to the 'send email' screen. From here there will be a button on the top right labeled 'attach photos' which you will need to tap and then you will be taken to a new page.
You'll be taken to a new screen very similar to which you would find on the website. Uploading a photo can be done by tapping on the blank rectangles featuring the camera and the text 'click to add photo' and photo titles can be entered in the 'title' fields under each photo. You're also provided with the same option to keep each photo private if desired by using the 'do not send to customer' check box.
Any photos uploaded in this manner will be saved under the job, so if you want to find those photos in future then this can be done by logging into the website, clicking on the 'Jobs' tab, opening the job you uploaded the images for and clicking the 'add photos' button which will show each of the existing photos that have been uploaded for that job.
