We understand that there are cases where you may wish to cancel your subscription to Gas Engineer Software, and like with everything else, we want to make this as quick and easy as possible for you.
If you have set up a direct debit payment with us, then the best way to cancel is to send us an email to email@example.com. This is the quickest and easiest method for us to confirm who you are; please also ensure you are sending this email from your company's admin email address, as we are unlikely to process any requests from any other email address connected or unconnected to your company.
In the body of the email, simply state your intention to cancel your subscription and direct debit. This process may take up to a week for us to complete, but please remain patient. We always welcome feedback regarding the software, so if there is a specific reason why you've decided to leave, please let us know.
