VERY IMPORTANT!!! Make sure you sync your app, and ensure the latest information you have entered in the app has synced. Check the web portal to make sure!!!
Sometimes it's best to re-install the app to get the latest updated version along with a new, clean copy of your data.
Quite often this is the quickest and easiest solution.
Do not delete the app until you are sure all of your data has synced successfully!!!
Tap and hold down the icon for GES, and when all the icons are shaking, you will see an X in the corner of the icon.
Tap the X to delete the app and data permanently.
Go to the Apple App Store and to re-download the app, sign in, and let it sync.
Android devices differ between device to device.
To delete the app properly, and delete the database, go to the Settings of your device, and look for Application Settings, or Application Manager.
You are looking for the list of installed applications on your device. (It may be simply called Applications, Apps, or Installed Apps)
Find Gas Engineer Software, and select it to open up more information.
You may see a button labelled 'Delete Data' or 'Clear Data'.
Tap delete or clear to remove the data, then tap on the Uninstall button.
You may not see the Clear Data button - you may need to tap on the word 'Storage', which will expand the information you see, and uncover the option to Clear Data.
At this point, reboot the device. Some device retain information in memory, so a reboot may save time.
Once uninstalled, got to the Google Play Store, and re-download the app, login, and sync.
