The benefits of this workflow are:
- Only enter data once
- Quick and simple
- Send Certificates along with Invoices
- Link Certificates with Invoices
- Track any uninvoiced jobs
The best way to do this is via the 'Use Existing Job' option which allows you to link a number of certificates to an invoice.
Example: Creating Gas Cert and Invoice in One Email
This workflow will work for any of the certificates and you can link as many certificates as you wish to a job.
- When creating a new Certificate, select the 'New Job' option
- Enter, import or select a Customer and Job Address
- Enter the test results and Issue the Cert. Do not email it yet, tap back, or home
- Click on 'Create Invoice' and Select 'Existing Job' which will enter all of the customer and job address details for you.
- Finish and Send the Invoice
- The email sent will contain the Invoice and the Certificate as attachments
