The benefits of this workflow are:

  • Send Certificates along with Invoices
  • Link Certificates with Invoices
  • Track any uninvoiced jobs

The best way to do this is via the 'Use Existing Job' option which allows you to link a number of certificates to an invoice.

Example: Creating Gas Cert and Invoice in One Email

This workflow will work for any of the certificates and you can link as many certificates as you wish to a job.

  • When creating a new Certificate, select the 'New Job' option
  • Enter, import or select a Customer and Job Address
  • Enter the test results and Issue the Cert. Do not email it yet, tap back, or home
  • Click on 'Create Invoice' and Select 'Existing Job' which will enter all of the customer and job address details for you.
  • Finish and Send the Invoice
  • The email sent will contain the Invoice and the Certificate as attachments
